Just as we have to learn to tie our shoelaces, master a sporting skill or drive a car, we also need to learn effective oral hygiene skills. We believe that a coaching and reinforcement program that encourages the learning process is essential.

Due to the nature of plaque your technique at removing it is more important than how often you do it. Science has shown that brushing and flossing 3 times a week with a good technique is enough to keep you healthy.

We don’t just preach it we practise it.
